Goods-Inwards Stock Operative

TJ O’Mahony Limerick, Castlemungret Industrial Est., Mungret, Limerick, V94 AY23, part of HPC Sales Ltd., Irelands’ leading Builders Providers and Home Improvement/DIY Store, is looking for a full-time, Permanent, Goods-Inwards Stock Operative to join our Team.Job Purpose: To inspect goods received are correct to order.Key Responsibilities:Manage the receipt of all incoming goods, utilising in-house computer system.Stock control duties – Rotation & Stocktakes.Process stock returns and damaged stock.Maintaining the area while keeping it clean and tidy.Assisting customers.Ensuring all required paperwork and administration is completed and up to date.Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and Security requirements.Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures.Other duties as required by business needs. Experience/Skills:Have experience working in a warehouse and/or goods-in environment.Good organisational and time management abilities.Accuracy and attention to detail.Highly motivated, who takes initiative with minimal supervision.Dedicated and flexible.A professional approach to their work and dealing with colleagues and management.Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday–Saturday)              HPC Sales Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer.
