Meath. Primeline is multifaceted, and we operate across many industries including FMCG, retail, pharmacy, media, automotive, print, ambient food and technology and we provide cutting edge supply chain solutions to companies operating in Ireland. We will build the best relationships and partnerships with our principles and customers and we will continue to drive a values-based culture which is diverse and fit for the futureWhat We Want:We need a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of proactively identifying and resolving inventory challenges without compromising efficiency.The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills to meticulously manage large-scale inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely deliveries.In this dynamic FMCG warehouse, we seek an individual who can seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapting to evolving priorities and ensuring a smooth flow of goods.An analytical mind is crucial for interpreting data trends, optimizing inventory levels, and making data-driven decisions to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.Communication is key in this role; the right candidate should be adept at conveying information clearly and concisely, both within the team and when liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders.Proficiency in inventory management software is a must, as our operations rely heavily on technology; the ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating and leveraging such tools for efficient warehouse operations.We're looking for someone with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.A forward-thinker who is passionate about process improvement, actively seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management processes.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:You will regularly monitor and update inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocks.You will manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from receiving products to picking, collating, and timely delivery.You will work closely with various suppliers to co-ordinate deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.You can lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance on daily tasks, resolving issues, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.You will utilise inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels for different products.You will implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet our standards before being dispatched.You will effectively use inventory management software and other technological tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.You act swiftly and decisively in handling unexpected challenges such as supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on operations.You can establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting on warehouse performance and suggesting improvements.You will provide ongoing training to warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for efficient operations.What Skills Are Required to Do This Role:You have proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced warehouse, preferably in the FMCG sector.You can demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.You are familiar with inventory management software and other relevant technologies.You are meticulous and have great attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfilment.You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.You have a track record of achieving and surpassing performance targets in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting.
