GMP Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an experience GMP Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in a manufactory environment in Sandyford, Dublin 18Working Pattern: Monday to Friday ***Maternity cover***Main Duties and Responsibilities: To assist in providing an efficient and effective cleaning service per contractual obligations and company policy and standards. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations on the ground. Be responsible for the Cleaning operatives. Liaise closely and professionally with the Client/Client representatives in daily operational matters.Ensures the smooth running of the site, adhering to the Site Service Level Agreement and Services SpecificationTo supervise and investigate the quality and standard of cleaning services To assist the Cleaning Manager in supervising the cleaning service staff, including allocating workloads, monitoring progress and performance, determining work priorities, and paying particular attention to productivity and quality control.To assist in the undertaking of site cleaning auditsTo control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materialsTo control and monitor the use of cleaning equipment, arrange the repair or renewal of equipmentTo carry out stock checks on equipment and materials as requiredTo arrange/carry out the induction and ‘on the job’ training To undertake, in conjunction with the Cleaning Manager, the recruitment of cleaning employees by relevant Apleona company practicesTo organize the provision of relief/ holiday cover for cleaning staff To authorize, allocate, and record staff absencesPerform ad-hoc duties and other related tasks as assigned by the Cleaning ManagerQualifications and ExperienceExcellent communication skills essentialMust have excellent organizational and management skillsBe an efficient motivator and leader with good problem-solving skillsExperience in a similar roleExcellent computer literacy is essential for administrative purposesExperience in using cleaning equipment.IND1We are looking to hear from anyone with skills in this areaPlease fill up the application and upload your CV to apply
