The Global Head of eCommerce will set and lead the strategic vision and plan for eCommerce globally. This entails all aspects of the e-commerce business including customer offer and brand experience, commercial calendar, sales, digital platform and digital development, with operational involvement to ensure we are delivering to customers expectations, delivering excellence in customer service.Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, they will have overall responsibility for formulating and implementing a full end to end eCommerce strategy.
