The candidate will be joining an already very experienced team of talented individuals with expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.Reporting toProject ManagerRole and ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:Plan optical fibre paths and produce maps and drawings (ArcGIS, QGIS)Desktop surveys and report viability of customer connections (ArcGIS online)Provide CAD and GIS support to other team membersData modelling, building map and database environments(Geodatabase, Geopackage, Shapefiles) and scripting (python: QGIS API, Pandas, Numpy)Experience and Qualifications1 - 2 years post graduate experience in GIS platformsExperience in FTTx Design & rolloutProficient computer literacy skills in Microsoft applicationsGIS & CAD experience necessaryAnalytical, proactive, detail oriented, high level of flexibility with willingness to learn/develop.Ability to integrate into existing teamStrong administration/documentation skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to multi-task in a structure formatStrong interpersonal skills in both oral and written communicationExcellent written and spoken English required
