This individual will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring the establishment continues to meet the highest standards of service, and continue to drive growth. The role demands a leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage and inspire a team. Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Alongside the existing management team oversee the daily operations of Molloy’s Bar and Grill and The Station Restaurant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and the highest level of service. Anticipate and address challenges proactively, maintaining operational excellence.Financial Management: Achieve financial objectives by managing KPIs, controlling costs, effective purchasing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.Customer Experience: Uphold and enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, addressing customer feedback effectively, and innovating the customer experience.Team Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and continuous improvement. Ensure effective communication, staff training, and performance management.Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety guidelines. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Experience:Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior management role in the hospitality industry, ideally in a busy Dublin Gastro pub and late night venueA track record of managing large successful teams and operations.Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of budget management, financial reporting, and cost control strategies.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a diverse team and fostering a positive work environment.Commitment to outstanding customer service, with the ability to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to management.Working ConditionsThe General Manager will operate within the dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment of Molloy’s Bar and Grill.
