We are currently recruiting for Food and Beverage servers to join our team here at Dromoland Castle Hotel. Our award winning establishment which includes restaurant, bar and lounges offer a delightful experience for our guests and we are looking for an energetic and friendly candidate to join our award winning team! Overview of the Role: · Own station where guests, members and visitors order from the all-day dining menu. · The service of private parties. · Pre service duties and after service duties. · Ensuring the guest needs is looked after in a timely and efficient manner.· Overseeing and training in of junior waiters/waitresses.· Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlet on the Resort when the need arises.
