The F&B Assistant also plays a key part in ensuring that the outlet to which they are assigned is at all times safe, hygienic, efficient yet welcoming, and operating within budget. The food and beverage team supports and works in partnership with all other departments, ensuring all standards and guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded.    About Us: The McWilliam Park Hotel is a Failte Ireland approved luxurious four-star hotel.
