Working within the highly respected Hodson Bay Group, and with the impressive support of the Hyatt Partnership, explore this exciting journey with us in introducing and establishing the Hyatt Centric, The Liberties Dublin, as a leading hotel in the Capital.The Hyatt Centric is delighted to be part of the Failte Ireland Employer Excellence Programme and was recently certified as A Great Place to Work.Role responsibilities include:Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner and provide a positive dining experienceTake and serve orders accurately and efficientlyEnsure tables are clean and set up correctly prior to serviceMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areasHandle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionallyAttend meetings and training sessions as requiredActively seek feedback from customersProcess payments and handle cash transactionsSupport colleagues in delivering exceptional serviceFollow all health and safety regulationsMaintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearanceRequirements:Eligible & available to work full time or part-timeFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredHave a passion for and genuine interest in customer serviceAbility to work as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEager to learn and progressBe able to work under pressure in a busy environment
