The successful candidate will provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the accounts payable team, complete payments and control expense by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. The successful candidate will:·      Report to the Finance Operations Manager as part of the Accounts Payable team and assist in maintaining and reconciling the Accounts Payable ledger, setting up suppliers, and processing high volumes of purchase invoices.·      Ensure all invoices are approved and signed off, cross referenced with the appropriate delegation of authority, and matched to payments.·      Resolve differences between invoices and pre-loaded information on SAGE and ensure accurate calculation of sub contractor’s VAT (RCT).·      Monitor and maintain direct debit utility accounts, liaise with company credit card holders, and maintain and reconcile credit card statements each month.·      Prepare bank payment file both electronically and manually.  The successful candidate will have:·      At least three years’ experience in a busy accounts payable environment.·      Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.·      Knowledge of SAGE 200 financial system is desirable.·      Good working knowledge of Sharepoint.·      Good knowledge of debits / credits.·      Previous experience processing sub contractor’s VAT (RCT) - Desirable·      Ability to maintain Accounts Payable ledger, direct debit accounts and petty cash·      Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.·      Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.·      Good organisational and time-management skills.·      To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required.·      Promote a culture which is supportive of excellent service delivery and meets Tuath Housing’s vision, mission, and values.Salary:·      C.C. €33,000 (commensurate with experience)Working for Tuath Housing:·      Attractive salary commensurate with experience·      24 days annual leave·      Service leave·      Organisational performance bonus·      Generous pension scheme·      Sick leave·      Wellness allowance·      Hybrid working·      Bike-to-work scheme·      Flexible working hours·      Career break·      Career development program·      Employee assistance program·      Linkedin Learning licence·      Car-parking on site·      Sports & Social Club·      Work-life balance package Tuath Housing are accredited with the Bronze Award from Investors for Diversity and are committed to promoting a diverse and respectful workplace reflective of all cultures, nationalities, backgrounds, genders, members of the LGBTQ+ community and people from traditionally marginalised backgrounds.
