Senior Sales Executive Southern region (M4 corridor/Reading/Basingstoke/Bristol)Permanent, full timeCompetitive salary plus car, bonus and benefits  Are you ready to make some waves in our Water division? We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team and deliver both account management and new business across various utility providers. The main aim of this role is to drive sales and commercial activity to the Southern based water utility companies in the UK, to realise sales channels and drive year on year growth.Travel for this role is expected, we can envisage this being four days out visiting customers and one day from home a week, ideally based around in the M4 corridor region, this will enable you travel easily within the area we need. More about the role: Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with all stakeholders within relevant water utility organisations.To meet all stakeholders within organisations monthly, evaluating customers’ needs and desires.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Negotiate and contracts with customers, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, feeding back all details to business with commercial implications.Collaborate with other departments, such as technical and service delivery, to align activities ensuring customer satisfaction.Monthly forecasting on all sales activities.  About you: Bringing along your fantastic proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering strong sales results and driving business growth will enable you to be a success. Ideally having a sound understanding of Southern water utility businesses in the South of England, with demonstratable stakeholder contacts across all regions. If you don’t have this industry experience but your sales figures speak for themselves I still want to talk to you! What we can offer you:Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay and leaveCompany pension Life assurance scheme (x4 salary)Medicare Cash Plan (includes cash payments towards dental, medical, therapeutic treatments) with the option to add up to 4 dependantsRefer a friend schemeEmployee assistance programme (access to GP appointments and mental health support)Competitive annual leave plus bank holidays Training and career progression opportunities  About Us: Almost everyone wants their career to be meaningful and fulfilling, working in the water industry sector can be just that.
