Facilities Project Lead

With 50+ years of experience and expertise, Apleona is part of a global business providing integrated facility management services across Ireland. We offer flexibility, career progression and a competitive start rate.We are currently looking for a Facilities Project Lead to join our team in DublinWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.Main duties and responsibilitiesSupport the team on multiple simultaneous projects from inception through completion in accordance with Company objectives.Support the Operations team during periods of high volume of client requests and ad-hoc tasks.Monitor client and internal CAFM systems to identify any gaps or lags in service deliverySupport the operations team with any technical queries.Create and deliver documentation for assigned projects.Visit client site on an ad-hoc basis to bridge gap in technical knowledge between client and operations team.Managing vendor relationships with a sound understanding of standard practices in project management.Support project delivery, ensuring on time & to budget, meeting the clients quality standardsEnsure safe systems of work are in place for all operations by managing and addressing the Health & Safety requirements of each function.Ensure compliance with all statutory and company proceduresSuggest and implement improvements and innovations in service deliveryEffective sourcing and utilization of materials and subcontractors.Conduct regular site audits from quality control point of viewAccurate reporting requirementsQualifications and ExperiencePrevious experience working in a similar rolePrevious experience in a hands on M&E role is desirableManaging projects in a regulated environment preferredCreation of project documentationThird level qualification or equivalent, in project management, engineering or FM.Experience with BMS and CAFM systems desirable.Excellent customer service and communication skillsFlexible with ability to adapt to changing environmentWe are happy to hear from anyone with specialist skills in any of these areas.Please Fill in your details and upload your CV to apply.
