Facilities Manager

This is a hands-on management role where you’ll actively support your team to ensure safety, quality, service and cost targets are met or exceeded.You’ll oversee daily operations across all shifts, manage performance and support new hires. Your leadership will help us deliver on key objectives for our clients in a highly regulated environment.Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm.Location: RoscommonResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership and build a positive team cultureManage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planningTroubleshoot and maintain equipment and plant utilities to high standardsImplement strategic engineering goals, KPIs and objectivesAttend tier meetings, own facilities actions and close them on timeResolve technical issues promptly to support operationsOversee site procedures, non-conformances and corrective actionsReview work orders and carry out preventative maintenanceCoordinate contractors and ensure compliance with site requirementsManage shift patterns, holiday cover and overtimeConduct performance reviews and support continuous improvementKeep clients informed and uphold excellent customer serviceQualifications and ExperienceThird level engineering qualification or senior trades background with experiencePrevious experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environmentStrong financial, systems and process understandingExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and customer service focusSelf-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
