Description:This position will be setting up, adjusting, and operating the Plasma Machine to cut raw materials steel plates, structural, misc. metal, etc. as assigned.Key Responsibilities: Requirements:· Demonstrate welding, cutting, and fabrication skills.· Using a variety of CNC equipment and procedures· Take and read measurements to plan the layout and procedures of many different types of projects.· Read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings.· Assess the process or actions needed for the job.· Work with co-workers to complete the project in a safe and timely manner· Maintain a safe and orderly work area· Practice safe usage of cutting torches, plasma cutters, and grinding equipment· Perform all other duties as assigned.· Display knowledge and experience in manufacturing methods and techniques· Able to identify and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment.Candidate Skills:· Minimum of 3 years on the job experience in a fabrication manufacturing environment· Related experience in a CNC environment is a plus.· Good analytical and mathematical skills in interpreting and reading technical drawings· Ability to read and use a variety of measuring tools.· Strong Attention to detail· Ability to work on own initiative· FlexibilityCompany Benefits:· Shift allowance paid in addition to base salary(Two rotating shifts 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)· Overtime Paid· Free Parking· Employee Assistance Programme For more information about Suretank and the career opportunities available view our webpage www.suretank.com or contact HR at (041) 686-2022 ext 202.
