Including:Establishing a relationship with potential customers & maintaining a relationship with existing customers.Conducting test drives with customers.Carry out appraisals of a customer’s vehicle.Once vehicle is decided, discuss additional add on available to the vehicle.Discuss financing packages available to them.Once a purchase & finance is finalised, complete all relevant documentation relevant to the sales. 2.     Administration FunctionUse of Enquiry max to develop/use customer follow up information to create sales opportunities for repeat and new business.Completion of planned sales calls programmes as agreed with the sales manager.Handling of all customer queries and complaints, ensuring that they are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction. Creating videos and photographing current vehicles. 3.     Trade InsWhen you accept a trade in you are then responsible for the following:Assess the trade in vehicle.Arrange for vehicles to be valeted & repair of any body work.Upload pictures and videos of vehicles to the website & stock sheet. Looking to move your career into next gear?
