And we love it!Overview of the RoleThe role of Experience Manager is a multifaceted role involving client relationship management and project management of events. As support to the Experience Director, primary responsibilities include ensuring high satisfaction, retention and growth of key client accounts by aligning client goals with service deliverables and creative solutions. In addition to client relationship management, your daily tasks are likely to include; developing response to briefs by designing experiences and creative solutions for prospective and existing clients, copywriting of pitch decks, pitching and presenting to clients, scoping and pricing projects, developing project timelines and occassionally delivering events and activations. You will coordinate with FUEL’s Creative, Technical and Content teams to establish and monitor excellence in creative standards and world-class experiences.All of the above must be backed by event agency experience and a strong knowledge of the Irish based events market. As Experience Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Cultivating client relationships by upholding the highest standards of communication through regular meetings, calls and correspondenceDevelop client accounts by supporting their day to day needs and identifying new revenue streamsSupport new business responses end-to-end by developing and presenting experience solutions that meet their business needs Support the creative process through ideation, research, brainstorming and pitchingSupport the design of pitch decks with audience journey mapping, copywriting and experience developmentDevelop detailed and thorough production budgets to support creative responses, while ensuring profitability for the businessCollaborate with the group disciplines to ensure continual focus work is delivered on time and on budget. Take ownership of updating and maintaining CRM/OS systems Careful project planning and management of events and brand activations including logistics, build and break schedules, run sheets, venue management and staffingCoordinate with industry suppliers and vendors On-site event management and delivery of events and brand activations, ensuring attention to detail and on-site client management Attributes & SkillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasivelyA people-person, adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Must have extensive experience creating presentations using Google Slides (PowerPoint).Strong creative copywriting abilities are essential to crafting clear and compelling proposalsA passion for creating unforgettable events and immersive brand experiences is essentialA self-starter who takes initiative and works efficiently to meet deadlines and drive results.Supports an environment for the best team and work to flourishHas a progressive view of the future of the industry.Comfortable and capable in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyApplies agility and pace to the work methods to drive efficiency.Who are we looking for?5 years + of experience in event management and client relationship management preferably within an agency settingYou should have a proven track record of delivering outstanding creative work, with a strong portfolio and case studies that demonstrate your ability to manage projects with budgets from €60k - €150k You'll be confident in driving account growth, seeking new client opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with existing clients through strategic meetings and ongoing engagement. Proven ability in delivering events and brand activations end-to-end, from concept development and planning through to execution and post-event analysisA skilled and confident presenter, you’ll excel at selling ideas, delivering compelling pitches, and leading client discussions.Impressive references will be requiredA valid driver’s license (preferably with your own car) is necessary for occasional travel to client meetings and events.Working hoursThe successful applicant will generally work normal office hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
