Environmental OfficerPlanning and Environment – Dunboyne, Co. MeathOur Planning and Environmental Department is a small group of professionals working with the Board of Directors to manage regulatory compliance of our existing property portfolio and expand the resource base of the company through identification of new mineral prospects and securing regulatory consent. We are currently looking for an experienced Environmental Officer to manage, collate and report an extensive environmental monitoring portfolio to ensure regulatory compliance. Assisting the Planning and Environmental Team in the following areas: Responsibilities:Managing Environmental Monitoring ContractorsEnvironmental Impact Assessment ReportNatura Impact StatementsWaste Permits and LicensesAir Emissions LicensesEffluent Discharge LicensesEnvironmental AuditingExtractive Waste Management PlansAnnual Environmental ReturnsPRTR submissionsBase line monitoringPlanning Applications for extractive and associated developmentsSkills Required:Third level degree qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering or related subjectMinimum of 3 years post graduate experience in a similar roleDetailed knowledge of Irish and European Environmental Legislation is essentialExcel, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD preferableWhat You Get:Kilsaran is an organization that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
