Then you might be our new Engineering Planner at C&D Foods (Denmark) A/S!We are looking for a proactive and organised Engineering Planner who can strengthen our Engineering function and support the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance activities across our site in Esbjerg.About the positionAs Engineering Planner, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities across our site in Esbjerg. Working closely with Engineering, Production, and external partners, you will help ensure efficient maintenance planning, resource coordination, and continuous improvement across the site.Your key areas of responsibility:Maintenance Planning and SchedulingAsset Management and CMMS AdministrationStores and Resource ManagementHealth, Safety & Continuous ImprovementExamples of tasks could include:Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across site assets. Develop maintenance schedules, prioritise work orders, and ensure all required resources are available. Coordinate contractor activities and equipment upgradesMaintain maintenance and asset records within the CMMS systemMonitor maintenance backlog, track KPIs, and generate performance reportsCoordinate the availability of spare parts, materials, contractors, and specialist services for planned maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirementsSupport Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to improve operational performanceCandidate profileRelevant engineering qualification within Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Maintenance, or a related disciplineExperience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environmentExperienced knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning processesGood understanding of maintenance and engineering activities in a production environmentStrong planning, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholdersProactive approach with a continuous improvement mindsetProfessional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and verbalWe offerYou will become part of the C&D Foods family, an international company with a multicultural environment, across nationalities and cross-functional teams, where collaboration, diversity, and inclusion are part of everyday life.
