We achieve this by delivering exceptional service and creating opportunities that make a real difference—for our clients, end users, our people, and the planet.About the Role: We are seeking a friendly and experienced Employer's Agent to join our multidisciplinary Birmingham team with the potential for hybrid working.Projects: You will work on a variety of schemes including new builds, regeneration, residential, commercial, education, and blue light projects.You will be responsible for client liaison, project management, and contract administration across various building types. Your role will include preparing feasibility reports, contract documents, budget estimates, and tendering procedures.
