We work externally with thousands of tech hiring partners. It’s an exciting, supportive, fast-paced environment with continuing growing partnerships and initiatives. This RoleThis newly created role is connected to the significant growth of our recently launched training product offering FullStack Software Development Bootcamps via various funded routes in the UK. We are contracted to multiple government agencies and grow this in multiple jurisdictions. The bootcamps are heavily focused on employment outcomes and this role is directly associated with related activities. The role will sit within the Careers Team and report to the Director of Employer Engagement, whilst also operating very closely with our B2B Team. Externally you’ll be growing new and managing existing affiliate relationships with tech employer partners who are involved in the interviewing and hiring process for our tech graduates. These are key relationships, crucial to delivery of our bootcamp outcomes. There are a significant number of companies whom we work with closely, and the continuing management of this and acquisition of more are key metrics in this role.An ideal candidate will be based in the West Midlands region (UK). ResponsibilitiesSecure tech employer partners committed to engaging with Code Institute and being involved in the interviewing of our graduates and feedback on our products. Secure formal partnerships and interview opportunities and placements to our Software Development Diploma Graduates.Work in line to clear forecasts around contract acquisition to provide employer partners in the region who are supportive of the bootcamps.Develop, secure and nurture an engaged and supportive network of “employers within the key UK regions. The regions will broadly focus on West Midlands, Yorkshire, Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.Deliver on agreed targets with partners and develop mechanisms to ensure targets are met.Perform to clear territory targets on an annual basis, and also to ad-hoc opportunities as they arise. Reporting on the onboarding process; populating and updating records on HubSpot. Attend and present at hiring-related events and develop strong industry relationships within the world of recruitment and tech hiring. Developing friendly, positive, and supportive relationships with external stakeholders, and providing them with excellent serviceUnderstanding the latest marketing concepts, workflows, digital events and superb attention to detail and organisation are of high importance Skill Set For this Role2+ years experience in agency recruitment, or a similar client-facing development role. Super corporate communication on both a digital, verbal and face-to-face basis.Ease and confidence in presenting within a corporate environment. Demonstrable skills in administrative organisation and project planning/coordination.Good CRM management and workflow experience (we use HubSpot).Comfortable working in a high-paced, data-driven environment Naturally, if you have previous experience in working with work-experience / early careers hiring that would be wonderful! What's in it for youCompetitive salaryFree access to our coursesRemote working Flexible working hoursEmployee Assistance ProgramAdditional days off on ChristmasBe part of an exciting company that is growing rapidlyEmphasis on developing your skills and abilitiesAgile environment, providing a huge opportunity for personal growthCode Institute is an equal opportunities employer and prides itself on diversity and inclusivity across our staff and our student body alike.
