Employee Relations AdvisorMon-Fri, 8am - 4.30pm, 40 hours p/week.£36,000 - £38,000 per annum This is a hybrid role with a split of working at our head office in South Bermondsey and client sites across central London. Fooditude are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our small but mighty People team who make a real impact across the business. You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment and will have exposure to a breadth of employee relations that require support from our Employee Relations Advisor. A proactive, hands-on and operational approach is key in this role.We are a contract catering company so understanding of the hospitality industry is a bonus. What our Employee Relations Advisor will be doing:Be the first point of contact for all Employee Relation queriesLead in providing practical advice and support on all areas of ER including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, probation, family friendly policies, performance management and employment legislationPresent as the people representative in formal meetingsEnsure all ER matters comply with company policies and employment legislationUpdate and review company policies in line with legislative changesCompile monthly ER & Sickness reportsVisit our client sites across Central London where our on-site teams are basedSupport managers with day-to-day people queriesDeliver training to enable managers to follow best practice in ERAd hoc projects to support our annual People Strategy What we’re looking for:Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similarGood working knowledge of UK employment legislation and case lawLevel 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent is a bonus but not essentialProven experience in managing a range of complex employee relationsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft OfficeAble to work independently and within a small team The good stuff for you:33 days holiday including bank holidaysTime off at Christmas each yearEnjoy a free, delicious lunch each dayBirthday day-off.
