As the Subject Matter Expert in Electrical, Quality, and Legal Compliance, you will act as the primary point of contact for all company-related electrical quality and regulatory matters. This role plays a key part in ensuring full compliance with industry standards and maintaining high-quality project execution. Key responsibilities include Serve as the lead expert on electrical quality, technical compliance, and regulatory matters within the company. Support the Quality Department in implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (KLS) that aligns with the Danish Safety Technology Authority requirements. Manage all electrical compliance and certification documentation for projects, ensuring timely submission to the relevant authorities and client representatives. Assist with Danish Safety Technology Authority audits, providing necessary support and documentation. Perform Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) inspections on-site to verify that electrical equipment and installations meet legal, regulatory, and project specifications. Review electrical project scope of work and lead the development of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for quality validation. Coordinate with electrical subcontractors, overseeing their QA/QC activities and reviewing their ITPs. Assist in the development and maintenance of internal QA/QC checklists for quality tracking and improvement. Complete QA/QC checklists on-site using the designated digital project platform. Ensure all testing and inspection activities are conducted as per the approved ITP. Act as the liaison for main contractors and client teams regarding electrical QA/QC matters. Conduct Quality Audits on-site to identify potential compliance risks and improvement opportunities. Investigate non-conformances, performing root cause analysis to determine corrective measures. Prepare QA/QC reports, documenting findings, corrective actions, and quality improvements for project teams. Oversee site setup and execution, ensuring it aligns with high-quality project delivery standards. Lead and guide the development and execution of quality programs, manages and implements QA/QC procedures according to the company and market requirements. Responsible to identify and solve all quality issues during the production process for all purchased products. Research and introduce any new related quality requirements/ tools/ technologies as needed to support the company business. Responsible for all quality relevant documents to vendors, submission, contracts and shipments area correct and complete. Advise management on the overall quality standard of products and suggest future strategies. Regular vendor on-site visits for all production control, factory ethical program development and factory performance. Requirements Bachelor degree in Engineering or other relevant graduate degree preferred At least 5 years of working experience in Quality Management with experience handling electrical products Hold a vocational/trade electrician qualification or a higher education qualification in electrical engineering. Have practical work experience in planning, installing, or supervising electrical systems in Denmark. Be approved by the Danish Safety Technology Authority (Sikkerhedsstyrelsen) to perform the role of the Professional Responsible for an Electrical Installer (EFUL) company. Good knowledge of global safety requirements and quality standards. Previous experience in handling European market is a Must Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluency in English
