Clare/GalwayThis is an excellent opportunity to work within a progressive and fast-growing Engineering Company with a reputation for promoting from within.The Role:The selected Candidate work under the direction of a Site Manager or Project Manager, will be a natural problem solver and decision maker capable of working on their own initiative.Candidates should have a full understanding of Electrical and Control wiring and have experience in servicing and calibrating instrumentation.Day to day you will be an essential part of the on-site team of technicians responsible for service and repair of equipment within the water treatment industry.Responsibilities:Responsible for completing service and repair works on Electrical and Control equipment at various sitesInstallation and set up of different types of instrumentation and Controls equipmentInstallation/Service of Pumps and associated VSD and controlsTo be able to read and understand working drawings and SchematicsInstrument CalibrationUnderstanding of PLC's and automationAbility to work on your own initiative is essentialTo have up to date knowledge of relevant regulations and H&S guidelinesRequirements: Trade Qualified in Electrical or E&I5+ years’ experience within the industryExperience in commissioning/servicing instrumentationExperience in Water/Waste Water a distinct advantageFull clean driving licenceSafe PassManual Handling CertificateA team player with excellent problem- solving skillsFlexible to the needs of the businessRemuneration:We offer Company Van, Phone & Competitive Salary all Successful Candidates.Skills: Instrument Calibration, Electrical Controls, Automation
