As we continue to invest in our digital future, we are looking for an experienced and driven eCommerce Manager to lead the ongoing growth and evolution of our online business.Role Overview:As eCommerce Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day performance and strategic direction of our eCommerce channel. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimising the customer journey, and managing a multi-functional internal team and a network of 20+ external digital partners. You will be the key liaison for our digital and development agencies and work closely with senior management to shape our digital strategy.Location: Westport, Co. MayoReporting to: Head of Marketing & eCommerceTeam: eCommerce Team with multiple direct reportsContract: Full-time, on-site (hybrid model to be confirmed)Key Responsibilities:eCommerce Strategy & Site ManagementDevelop and implement the eCommerce growth strategy for our Shopify Plus site.Own and optimise the full eCommerce sales funnel — from acquisition to retention.Manage and continuously improve UX/UI, conversion rate, site navigation, and on-site merchandising.Oversee landing page development and optimisation, ensuring pages align with campaign and trading objectives.Lead roadmap planning and delivery of new digital features and platform improvements.Digital Marketing & AcquisitionOversee all digital performance marketing activity (Meta, Google, SEO, Push Notifications).Develop and implement strategies to increase AOV, reduce cart abandonment, and improve conversion rates.Own and execute SEO strategy, from content planning to technical enhancements and keyword optimisation.Manage paid social content creation and campaigns across Meta platforms via Business Suite, Commerce Manager, and Ads Manager.Drive growth through push notification marketing and lifecycle engagement strategies.Work alongside the Head of Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns that align with brand and trading goals.Data, Reporting & OptimisationAnalyse performance across all digital channels.Identify insights and opportunities to drive growth and inform decision-making.Report weekly and monthly on revenue, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance to management.Monitor KPIs and apply a test-and-learn approach to digital performance.Agency & Partner ManagementAct as the main point of contact for over 20 digital partners.Manage key relationships with our development and digital agencies, overseeing briefs, timelines, and output.Ensure all third-party work is aligned with commercial and customer goals, and delivered on time.People & Process ManagementManage and develop a high-performing eCommerce team, supporting individual growth and performance.Delegate tasks, drive efficiencies, and optimise team structure and workflows.Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, operations, and logistics to support trading plans and service levels.Budget ManagementOwn the digital budget across media and creative, ensuring cost-effective delivery of marketing and development activities.Monitor spend and ROI across all digital channels and partner engagements.Experience & Skills Required:3-5 years’ experience in an eCommerce leadership role, ideally within a multi-channel retail business.Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of customer journeys, digital trading, and CRO.Hands-on knowledge of Shopify Plus, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.Demonstrated success in optimising website performance and conversion rates through UX/UI improvements and CRO initiatives.Excellent project management skills and experience managing agencies and internal teams.A commercial and creative thinker with an eye for detail in content, merchandising, and visual storytelling.Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data from tools such as GA4, Google Console, tracking software, and Elevar to drive decision-making.A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong communicator with the ability to present clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.What We Offer:Competitive Compensation Package: We value your expertise and contribution.
