The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce analytics, proficiency in Google Tag Manager, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to improve our online performance.E-Commerce Analyst Specialist Overview·       Google Tag Manager Integration: Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) across our web platforms to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of user interactions and e-commerce metrics.·       Data Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytics platforms to monitor site performance, user behaviour, and key metrics.·       E-commerce Optimization: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving conversion rates, user experience, and overall site performance.·       Technical Implementation: Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of tracking codes, tags, and scripts within Magento 2.·       A/B Testing: Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, product pages, and overall site performance.·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and product teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign strategies, site improvements, and new feature developments.·       Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to team members on the use of analytics tools and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation related to tracking implementations and data analysis processes.·       Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics, Magento 2 updates, and digital marketing.E-Commerce Analyst Position Requirements·       Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other relevant analytics tools.·       Experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.·       Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.·       Proven experience as an E-commerce Analytics Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on Magento 2.·       Previous experience of working with Magento, Bigcommerce and Woocommerce or similar Ecommerce platform.·       Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. ·       Proficiency in MS Office. Excel skills are highly desirable.·       Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.·       Experience in website migration is preferred.
