Job Purpose:The objective of the role is to ensure the upload of product to the website. What to expect from the role:· Prioritising, publish and manage product content. · Manage the ecommerce product catalogue including gathering and uploading product information, reviewing, and editing product copy, slotting products, and maintaining the overall category campaigns. · Ensure all products arriving into the business are created online and flag any blockers · Key contact for the Buyers· Planning product upload in accordance with the events calendar. · Processing data to ensure it is correct prior to upload to the website including imagery, attributes, descriptions, and pricing.· Ensure that images are all processed to the agreed guidelines and where required, work with the marketing team to arrange and execute photoshoots. · Categorise products once they are uploaded ensuring that the products are categorised correctly and available to merchandise. · Execute additional product categorisation for sales and specific collection promotions. · Report progress and performance.· Holidays cover of Customer Support.. Any other responsibilities that arise within the Omnichannel functionThe Ideal Candidate:· You will have strong office administration skills including IT skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)· Excellent inter-personal and clear communication skills with the ability to use positive language (written and verbal is essential).· Previous experience in a eCommerce role would be beneficial· You will be a flexible team player with the ability to deal with independent tasks.· Flexibility will be required during peak times.· Be well organised, results driven and capable of working to tight deadlines You must be eligible to work full-time in IrelandJob Location:This role will be split between our Head Office in Portlaoise and our store in Carlow town centre and the successful applicant must be able to travel to both locations as required.We offer a hybrid model of work after successful completion of a probationary period.Hours of Work:Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm, however flexibility is required upon occasion in line with business requirements.If this sounds like the next role for you then we would love to hear from you!Shaws is an equal opportunities employer.
