E-Commerce Administrator

Total Source are looking for professional, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills to join our team. We are looking for an e-commerce administrator to undertake all e-commerce operationThis would be a full-time position for a suitable candidate. The ideal candidate should have 2 years e-commerce working experience and experience working with SAP B1 but this is not essential. Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Conduct daily implementation and administration of eCommerce operations including monitoring of online orders and ensuring orders are processed through relevant e-commerce systems as accuratelyConstantly audit and update digital content for products to meet web strategy and business objectives.Regular and ongoing maintenance of all products displayed on our e-commerce websites Provide 2nd level support and escalate any customer issue to third party support.Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.Requirements:Minimum 2 years e-commerce working experienceExperience working with SAP is preferableExperience with tools (i.e., Mailchimp, Fact Finder, etc)Excellent written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsHigh level of competence in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPointFlexibility in the role is requiredKnowledge and experience with Google Analytics or other toolsSkills Essential to the candidate for this role:A self-motivated individual with a professional and mature attitude is essentialGood communication skills and fluent use of English is a must for this roleAn experienced all-rounder is needed with a can-do attitude and a pleasant personality, someone who is helpful and willing to assist in all situations that can arise from day to day
