NeoDyne are seeking a Document Controller with 3 years + experience in the Engineering industry. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams, vendors & customers to maintain document integrity and compliance standards within large scale Power Generation & Utilities projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documentation and ensuring that documents are properly filed, stored, and retrieved. This role is a full-time staff position with an excellent salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be based at NeoDyne’s office in Cork. Primary Responsibilities/ DutiesDevelop and maintain a document control system to track project documents and revisions.Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents and correspondence.Ensure all documents are properly categorized and archived according to company and/or project policy.Collaborate with internal project teams, vendors & customers to ensure that all documents are complete and accurate.Manage the document review and approval process, ensuring deadlines are met.Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.Assist in the creation and implementation of document management procedures and best practices.Provide training and support to staff on document control processes.Maintain a database of project documents and ensure access to authorized personnel.Respond to document requests and inquiries in a timely manner.Qualifications, Skills/ Experience3rd level qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.3+ years’ experience of Document Control and Management for industrial engineering projects (€5M+).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to document control.
