This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire (offering hybrid).The RoleTo effectively plan and measure digital performance media for optimal return on investmentResponsibilities of the Digital Media Specialist:Utilise the digital performance media channels to build full-funnel media plans that deliver brand objectivesManage media plans that maximise sales return & profit against A&P investment Measure, track, report & optimise A&P effectiveness and ROIBuild digital media plans (YouTube, Display, Programmatic, (Affiliates) which raise awareness and increase the pool of targetable shopperBuild digital media plans (SEM, Affiliates) that drive traffic to our sales channels and trigger them for purchaseWork with the brand teams to build relevant, SEO optimised content on our sales channels that maximises our search rankings & dwell timeBuild digital media plans (Social, SEM, CRM) that retarget primed shoppers and efficiently convert them to a saleMaximise any promotional messages that are planned on our channelsKnowledge, skills and experience of the Digital Media Specialist: Degree calibre with post graduate depth of business understandingProven (2 years +) commercial experience in a branded / FMCG business Expertise in digital marketingFMCG operational understanding and cross functional experienceProven track record of working with strong brands and digital media campaignsStrong personal tenacity and resilience to ensure that goals are achievedThe Offer:Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire (Hybrid / Flex Working)Salary: Competitive10% discretionary company bonus schemeHours: 40 hours per week - Monday to FridayPension: Employee contributions 3% / Employer contribution 8%·(salary sacrifice company pension scheme)Holidays: 25 days + Bank HolidaysPrivate Healthcare: Individual cover.
