Development Administrator

JOB SUMMARY: The Development team in Tuath are tasked with the sourcing and delivery of new housing opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and developing innovative proposals for delivery of new housing stock.As part of your role you will support the Development Team to deliver new homes for the delivery of new housing stock.The post requires excellent planning, organisational and administration skills, a dedication to detail and a willingness to adapt to ever changing conditions and pressures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: New Business Providing general administration support to the Development Team as required including but not limited to scanning documents, postage, file management, stationary requirementsManaging the team diariesMonitoring and re directing group and departmental incoming e-mails from third partiesOrganising team and other meetings as requested, booking meetings rooms, organising accommodation and travel arrangementsCollating agendas for meetings, minute taking and circulation of minutesAssisting the Development team with managing funding submissionsAssisting the team in following up with external and internal stakeholders for information as requiredAssisting the Development team in maintaining information and records and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders both internal and externalAssisting the Development team with the delivery of various in-house projectsAssisting with the maintenance of soft filing system and developing and maintain directory of template documentsMaintaining directories of external stakeholder information such as contact details and other required information that supports the delivery of social housing units as required TrainingAssist in the training and development of staff who report to you Corporate ResponsibilitiesTo positively promote the Association in all activitiesAdhere to all Tuath’s policies and procedures alwaysTo be aware and act in accordance with Tuath’s Health and Safety PolicyComplete reports/ submissions for Tuath’s Board meetingsTo undertake any training courses deemed necessary for your role if it evolvesTo undertake any other duties as required.Essential RequirementsExcellent skills in Microsoft Office Certificate or Diploma and/or minimum of one years’ experience Experience of non-profit organisation (Desirable)Experience of taking minutes of confidential and sensitive meetings Essential 4 Knowledge and Skills Computer literacy with experience that includes word processing, Excel, spreadsheets, presentation packages, email, electronic schedulers, and internet.
