From the core of our business in consumer food production, we have companies as diverse as pet food manufacturing to renewable energy, giving our colleagues a broad range of opportunities for progression throughout our groupABP Linden have an exciting opportunity based in our Retail site for a Despatch Shipping Administrator The role involves:•Organise all daily transport movements with hauliers.•Liaise with internal teams and external partners to manage schedules and resolve delivery issues.•Monitor dispatch performance and track shipments.•Prepare, check, and upload transport documents (CMRs, portals, delivery notes).•Raise and verify transport purchase orders and invoices against agreed rate cards.•Maintain accurate shipment and delivery records.•Support KPI tracking and continuous improvement in logistics processes.•Assist with route planning, returns, and stock takes when required.Requirements •5 GCSE’s Grade A-C or equivalent, combined with previous experience in a similar role•Outgoing and self-confident with excellent communication skills•Strong organisational and time management skills •Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of IT systems•Invoicing experience will be an advantage•Able to work effectively in a team and on own initiative•Ability to develop effective and close working relationships with other departments•Flexible approach to working hours Closing date: Monday 10th November 2025ABP Linden is an Equal Opportunities Employer
