Design Sales Consultant - Dublin

Our products range from the authentically traditional to the truly outrageous and can be seen throughout the world in places as diverse as, Ireland, UK, Europe, Dubai and U.S.A. We are proud and passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on customer service and attention to detail.We are currently recruiting a Design Sales Consultant to join the team on a full-time permanent basis based in our new Design Studio in Baldoyle, Dublin the successful applicant will be involved principally in a sales role; selling Armatile's’ unique tile products and manufacturing capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a design background to apply their skills in a commercial sales setting, within a growing ambitious company.  You will be expected to take responsibility for driving retail and commercial sales, be innovative, creative, commercially sales minded and self-motivated. Essential Criteria:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent in EnglishAt least 5 GCSE passes, or equivalent, including English and MathsComputer skills; experience of Microsoft office software packagesDemonstrable interest interior designAmbitious & CreativeSelf-motivatedDesired Criteria: Live within close distance to North Dublin Skills and qualities:Previous experience in a sales environmentexcellent communication skillsGood problem solving/ organisational skillsResults drivenExcellent time managementKey responsibilities:Designing and selling dream living spaces to our customers specificationsWork with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, developers and designers, to sell an extensive selection of tiles and tiling productsCommunicate an expert knowledge of the company’s products and servicesIncreasing sales by enhancing the scope of Armatile’s design servicesFinding creative and cost-effective solutions for our customers’ projectsUtilising your creative design flair to maximise the potential of our design packages to help customers visualise their perfect projectsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customersBenefits:20 days annual leaveFree parkingFriendly and relaxed work environmentCareer development opportunitiesMain duties, role and salary will be discussed, in full, at interview.Hours of work:40 hour per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17:30pm, Saturday 9am to 15:30pm on a rota basis, with a day off during the week).
