Day to Day Responsibilities - As a Clinical Lead, you will ensure that care plans for nursing residents are completed with the timescales required by our company policy, ensure that all care plans are evaluated at least once a month and ensure audit scores are in excess of 85%. - You will assist the Home Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home on a 24-hour basis, to ensure all aspects of care delivery within the home meet the highest Care Standards as defined by the CQC. - You will develop, motivate, and engage the wellbeing of your team, and in particular the nurse team. - As part of the role, you will meet all legislative requirements in line with NMC guidelines, and take the lead within the home for all clinical tasks and decisions under the direction of the Home Manager and to document these. - You will liaise with external agencies to ensure access to all medical services as required by individual residents.For more information, please view our Job Description on the Jasmine Healthcare website.What can Jasmine Healthcare Ltd offer you? - Join us for a rewarding career with great perks.
