Key Responsibilities: · Our Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact to our customers. · You will be handling inbound calls and managing online chats from our customers.· Resolving billing and payment enquiries.· Ensuring technical faults and advice is provided in line with our SLA’s.· Providing updates regarding customer orders.· Amending customers accounts and products. · Working closely with internal teams to resolve more complex cases in line with our KPI’s and SLA’s. Is this you? • Minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience. • Previous call handling experience in a customer service role is essential.• A calm and clear telephone manner, being comfortable talking to colleagues and customers alike.• Able to listen, empathise, understand, and explain what you’re doing.• Excellent attention to detail.• A problem-solving mindset.• A commitment to learning and improvement on the job.
