These include food waste recycling, award winning environmental change management programmes through our associate company, The company’s administrative and operational HQ is based in Luton with further sites in Milton Keynes and Wellingborough.This role is based in our Luton office with travel to visit our customers. This role includes uncapped commission potential and a car allowance of up to £535 per month.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Relations Executive reports to the Senior Key Account Manager working closely with Transport Operations and Customer Services.  To achieve and exceed monthly/annual targetsProcessing of sales enquiries including site visitsQuoting for jobs; paying attention to all commercial requirements to make a profitReporting prospects, calls, quote and contract activity into the Company CRM systemProduce monthly sales reports on personal performanceReactive account management for non-managed accountsUpsell to existing customer base, primarily change of service requests, service reviews etc.Liaise with internal business stakeholders regarding ‘at risk accounts’Liaising with our own transport and subcontractors regarding collections / deliveries and resolution of issues relating to at risk accounts.Defend unmanaged accounts in line with the company process.Identify risk factors relating to customer retention feeding back to relevant internal stakeholders e.g. credit control, transport operations, customer services, salesWork with department administrator to provide reports as requiredPromote services supplied by Cawleys and seek to generate profitable, new business from non-managed accounts Experience  Waste management and recycling services experienceCustomer services or sales backgroundExcellent working knowledge of Word, Excel.
