Alliance Medical are recruiting a Customer Application Support to join our team in our Head Office located in Raheen, Co. Limerick.This role offers a Full-time, Permanent Contract. The successful candidate would be required to work 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm). This will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key.The successful candidate will assist patients in resolving their technical issues with the Patient Portal (Image hub) and other software platforms ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. While technical knowledge is not required, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.Duties to Include:Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone and email.Listen attentively to customer concerns and gather relevant information to understand the issue.Use provided tools and resources to guide customers through troubleshooting steps.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team with clear and concise documentation.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and processes.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques.To be familiar with and comply with information security and data protection policies and procedures.To be familiar with and comply with all company policies.Any other duties as requested by line manager.Job Requirements:Administration experienceFlexibility & AdaptabilityExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate software interfaces.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.Proactive and willing to take the initiative.
