(As per ERO)€16.80 Night allowance.€1 per hour Sunday allowance.ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Verifiable 5-year Work HistoryExcellent Communication SkillsExcellent telephone mannerExcellent admin skillsStrong IT skillsPossess Excellent Interpersonal SkillsARC experience would be an advantageAttention to detailThe ability to multitask, and work within a team MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY To work within the Command Centre in accordance with the shift rotas and provide a high level of quality assured customer serviceWork under the direction of the Control Room Manager or supervisor and in accordance with the policy and procedural practicesResponsible for the monitoring of remote signalling/CCTV systems using the equipment installedResponsible for the provision of appropriate responses to alarm systems and despatch of emergency servicesPerforming staff welfare checksTracking and tracing mobile dispatch operationsReviewing and editing reports regularlyThe ability to multitask, and work within a team
