We employ over 75  full-time and 40 part-time staff with a presence in Ireland, UK, the USA, and the Netherlands.About the roleYou will be working within our B2B Team with a remit to manage, plan and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of contracted provision to a high standard. This role will manage all deliverables associated with all funded education and training contracts the company holds. In this role, you will be working with multiple departments across the company to ensure contracts move quickly and smoothly from creation to negotiation to execution.Key AttributesKnowledge of UK Education ProcurementAbility to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritise responsibilitiesSuperior level of communication in both written form and in-person interactionsAttention to detailHighly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlinesTrack record of  stakeholder managementKey Responsibilities:Responsible for robust day to day management of contracted delivery working directly with managers, colleagues and external stakeholders.Understand contract deliverables fully and ensure delivery is compliant with relevant funding rules and governance framework.Adopt a continuous improvement, informed approach to ensure contract delivery always meets the needs of the learners/employers.Maintain high standards of accuracy to ensure compliance with external audits.Maintain, produce and manage accurate financial forecasting, budgeting and performance-related reports for Senior Management and external partners.Responsible for identifying issues that might impact on contract delivery and taking the appropriate action, which entails supporting the development of remedial action and manage this through to conclusion or escalate as appropriate, to resolve and mitigate risks.Responsible for managing and developing relationships with stakeholders to support ensure successful contract fulfilment. Work with Head of LearningOps and Student Experience Manager to ensure contract deliverables are fulfilled.Support and actively contribute to OFSTED preparation.Gather, analyse and use data to make informed decisions to enhance company growth.Manage resources effectively and critically evaluate performance regularly.Review contract performance, evaluative performance and implement improvements.Represent the Company at Contract meetings with stakeholders.Support and drive business development. Skill Set For this Role:2/3+ years experience in contracts managementProven time management and project management skillsGreat communication skills, including the ability to actively listenHave a willingness to learn and be challengedAbility to collaborate with multiple stakeholders on multiple projectsComfortable working in a high paced, data-driven environmentThird level degree
