Compliance Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Full-time Compliance Supervisor to join our team in a pharma environment in Mulhuddart, Dublin 15Working pattern: Monday-Friday from 08:30- 16:30Main duties and Responsibilities :You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient environment, enabling the business to operate effectively and in line with legal and contractual requirements.​Regularly review and update site-specific compliance documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work (SSOW).Conduct regular audits and inspections of the site Prepare and present detailed reports ​Ensure that all documentation is in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters with the clientReport any issues related to quality, compliance or trainings directly to Soft Service Site Manger in timely manner Understanding of GMP requirements, as applicable, for facilities Department.Undertake any other duties assigned by the ManagerQualifications and experience:At least 2 years’ experience in a compliance-related role in Pharma, preferably in Facilities Management.At least 2 years’ experience in Industrial cleaning.Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance standards.Relevant certifications in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Assurance (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO standards) are highly desirable.Proficiency in using compliance management systems and software.IND1We are looking to hear from anyone with skills in these areasPlease fill-up the application and upload your CV to apply
