Our greatest expertise is our team’s ability to find and develop sites for floating projects in deeper waters.Role profile The Communications Administrator is operationally focused and is required to provide communications administrative support to the project teams at Flotation Energy. Key accountabilities Arrange events by booking venues, sourcing appropriate materials, managing attendee responses, liaising with speakers/event providers, and making invoicing arrangements as necessaryWork with the Corporate Communications team to manage and maintain the brand asset and digital library. This will include corporate guidelinesRespond to customer service and media enquiries received by phone, email and through social media including gaining approvals where required. Some enquiries will involve giving information or directing to other organisationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with different departments and teams within the organisation, such as marketing, HR, and executive leadership, to align communication strategies and ensure consistency and coherence in messagingTo manage incoming applications and distribution of management packs to the funding boards aligned to the projectReview materials, presentations from business development, formatting, compliance with brand guidelinesResponsible for Regroup meeting content and schedule, Conference Attendance Requests, Content request forms. Managing trackers, monitoring spend and internal communicationsCoordinating external communication: Engaging with external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and the media, to build and maintain positive relationships. This involves crafting and distributing press releases, manage inboxes for Corporate Comms and responding to emailsOrganising conference attendance forms, including travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and managing the budgetOther administrative duties as requiredFollow all company policies and procedures and actively support the continual improvement of the business management system (BMS) to ensure the goals and commitments of our HSEQS policy are consistently met.Person specificationFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlinesContinuously seek opportunities to learn, grow, and adapt to the evolving landscape of communications to excel in your role as a Communications AdministratorKnowledge of design software and/or basic graphic design skills are desirableAttention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communication materialsSkilled at collaborating and working effectively with cross-functional teams.Advanced organisational skillsExcellent communicator with exceptional writing skills
