Dromoland Castle Hotel - Senior Commis Waitress / Waiter Overview of the role. · Full Time permanent position, working a variety of shifts 5 days over 7 inclusive of some weekends, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required. · Own station in the Fine Dining Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service. · Pre service duties and after service duties. · Ensuring the guest needs is looked after in a timely and efficient manner.· Assisting with private dining service that takes place in the Castle and assist in the conference centre when the need arises. Special Requirements.· Have an excellent level of Restaurant experience, preferably at 4 or 5 star level.· Need to enjoy the slightly more formal service of a Castle.· Have a friendly, chatty and outgoing personality.· Must be well organised and be able to manage busy service periods.
