Experience a fun, can-do culture where your contributions matter. Benefits Package- Competitive salary, enhanced maternity & paternity leave and pay, private pension, internal referral scheme & learning and development funded  Your Responsibilities: Technical and commercial evaluation of sales enquiries, ensuring that all relevant information is available.Provide detailed quotations for tender submissions.Liaise with suppliers in requesting quotations.Work closely with inhouse engineering disciplines and external resources to prepare robust documentation and costing estimates for proposals.Work closely with the sales team and provide internal support to all sales related activities.Maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted, including associated documentation.Generate new opportunities with new and existing customers, managing the opportunity through to completion.Manage teams of technicians, sub-contractors and other A&A employees to ensure work is carried out on time and safely. Liaise with technicians and subcontractors to carry out site audits as and when required to ensure work is being undertaken to a high standard.Compiling Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to a high standard and fully compliant with relevant legislation.Supervise specialist subcontractors to ensure the service provided is as per service level agreement; reporting any issues immediately and contributing to problem resolution.Establish effective working rapport / partnership with key suppliers, acquiring an in-depth knowledge of their respective products and services.Input, Maintain & Update company CRM system.Project manage and facilitate your orders (with commercial team support)Assist with daily sales enquiries.Monitor Sales email inbox.Any other duties for which the commercial estimator is sufficiently trained and qualified for, as designated by the Senior Management Team.  Qualifications and Skills: Experience working in a similar Engineering environment preferred.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good time management skillsOrganised & PunctualAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, with internal and external clients. Demonstrate keen commercial awareness and develop new business with clients at every opportunity. Familiarity with OFTEC and the regulations surrounding fuel storage.
