Position: Commercial EstimatorOverview:SONAS Bathrooms is the largest single bathroom brand in Ireland, supplying a complete product solution to RMI, New House Build, Self-Build and Commercial end channels via a network of B2B customers such as Bathroom & Tile Showrooms, Plumbers Merchants and Builders Providers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. SONAS has been in business for 45 years, and currently employs 95 full time employees at its HQ in Dublin 15. You will have an opportunity to develop your existing skills, as well as taking on new challenges, and gaining vast industry experience. There will be opportunities for future career development for individuals who contribute to the business and show initiative. Hours of Work: Monday- Friday 8.30 am-5.00 pm Duties:Interpret technical drawings to enable preparation of quotations for Commercial & Residential projectsSales order processing for Residential and Commercial projectsLiaise with commercial sales managers/sales representatives and provide support in dealing with any project related mattersProvide data sheets and relevant DOP certs in support of quotationsUse of CRM system to manage quotations, quote status, assigning opportunities and conversion trackingPre-sales support by reaching out to various professional connected with upcoming projects, with a view to getting sales managers and representatives appointmentsSupport and initiate continuous improvement of processes and tasks to create capacity and improve quality of outputPreparation of tenders and planning activities, reviewing and assessing all documentation, producing detailed BQQsEnsuring fully compliant tenders are returned on timeRequirements:Strong analytical and numeracy skills to accurately evaluate detailed specifications2 years+ construction or related industry experienceExcellent organisation & communications skillsDemonstrable experience in B2B customer relationship developmentSelf-motivated, team player with a keen eye for detailProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Strong commercial awarenessExperience preparing Technical Product Submittals is an advantageAn understanding of detailed drawings specifications and Bills of Quantity is an advantage Benefits Starting Salary will be competitive based on experience20 annual leave days + Company Day on Good FridayCompany Pension Scheme after 6 monthsChristmas BonusGenerous Employee DiscountVHI Employee Assistance ProgramBike to Work SchemeEmployee Referral Scheme
