CNMII Bed Management (Part-Time 18.75 hrs per week)

We are looking for a CNMII to work in our Bed Management department in St. Vincent's Private Hospital. This is an 18.75 hrs per week role. The work pattern will require the candidate to work every second weekend and also additional shifts up to 18.75 hrs per week. · Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI and hold a current NMBI Pin.· Have at least 5 years post registration experience in an acute setting with a minimum of 2 years at management level. (Essential)· Experience in facilitating effective and efficient use of hospital bed capacity. (Desirable)· The ability to analyse, report on and effect change in practice. (Desirable)· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
