CMMS Engineer

CMMS Engineer Hanley are seeking applicants for a highly skilled CMMS Engineer with extensive experience in CMX (Beamex Calibration Management software) and planning at a start-up pharmaceutical facility in Tralee, Co. Kerry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in criticality risk assessments (CRA), calibration, facilities management, and the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with quality standards and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).Key Duties:·       Input, develop and maintain project plans and schedules for Hot loop & Calibration activities across site under the site leads direction.·       Input & format CRA data for CMMS upload·       Create, issue and update work orders within the CMMS.·       Monitor backlog, KPIs and project maintenance compliance metrics.·       Support project planning and major equipment project milestones.·       Collaborate with on-site lead, technicians, client, vendors and contractors for scheduled project calibration activities.·       Ensure all planning activities align with GMP, safety and quality standards.Key areas of responsibility·       Resource utilisation·       Schedule adherence·       CMX compliance of all calibration activities with direction from site lead.·       Engineering project management·       Data management and KPI reporting using data analytic toolsRequirements·       3+ years’ experience in an engineering, maintenance planning or scheduling role in a GMP-regulated environment (biopharma, pharma or medical devices).·       Proficiency in CMMS systems (CMX strongly preferred).·       Strong computer literacy (Microsoft suite)·       Excellent communication skills·       Experience with regulated environments (i.e., cGMP, OSHA, EPA)·       Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential·       Enthusiastic self-starter.·       Knowledge of Scheduling Software tools is desirable but not necessaryBenefits·       Competitive salary.·       Training & educational support systems.·       Employee Assistance Program (EAP).·       Pension Scheme·       VHI Healthcare benefit allowance·       Green Grants initiative
