Clinical Applications Specialist - South

Job Purpose (Role Definition):This regional role will focus on delivery clinical expertise, training and support to healthcare professionals in the Neonatal hospital setting. You will be the clinical point of contact within the assigned region, working closely with your sales and field service peers to drive adoption of our product portfolio, customer satisfaction and adoption of our technology to improve outcomes of the smallest and most vulnerable patients.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Clinical Support and Training Deliver product training, education and in-field support to consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists and your sales peers.Support product evaluations, demonstrations and installations within the NICU environmentProvide on-site troubleshooting and clinical guidance as and when needed Customer EngagementAct as a trusted clinical advisor for customers in your regionGather and communicate clinical feedback and share with your line manager and product management teams Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and NICU staff Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with the commercial team to support sales activities through clinical expertise and demonstrationsCollaborate with field service engineers to resolve clinical/technical issuesProvide clinical insights to inform product management team to drive continuous improvements Education and Events Support workshops, study days and events in your region and occasionally throughout the UK and IrelandContribute to the development of training materials, clinical guidelines and best practice resources Compliance and Quality:Ensure all activities align with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirementsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of neonatal ventilation, oxygen therapy and clinical practices Additional Information:This role will require travel to healthcare settings across the country to provide training, consultations, and attend meetings.Flexibility in working hours may be needed to meet the demands of the role.Management Responsibilities:NoneExperience and Qualifications Required:Mandatory:Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, or other relevant healthcare qualification.Minimum of 2 years of experience in neonatal care, with a focus on respiratory support and ventilation management.Proven experience working with neonatal ventilators and providing expert advice in neonatal intensive care units (NICU).Desirable:A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.Previous experience in education, training, or leading clinical teams is highly desirable.Key Skills and Competencies:In-depth knowledge of neonatal ventilation equipment, techniques, and clinical guidelines.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to deliver educational programs effectively to diverse healthcare teams.Analytical skills to assess clinical practices and outcomes and recommend improvements.Research-oriented mindset with an ability to contribute to the development of clinical evidence in neonatal care.
