We employ over 65  full-time and 40 part-time staff with a presence in Ireland, UK, the USA, and the Netherlands.You will be working within our Channel Team with a remit to drive relationship development, onboarding, and engagement in our growing partner network. Your role will be heavily focused on the success and delivery of partnerships with Further Education (FE) colleges and Education Training Boards (ETBs) leading to the adoption, expansion, and advocacy for our products. In this role, you will be focusing on account management, marketing concepts and project delivery in equal measure. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in a very ambitious EdTech company.Responsibilities:Managing partner onboarding process to ensure an efficient route to revenueDeveloping creative ways to streamline and improve onboardingSetting agreed targets with partners and applying mechanisms to ensure targets are metReporting on the onboarding process; populating and updating records on HubSpotImplementing marketing strategies to grow partner accountsUsing your combination of marketing, sales and project coordination skills to bring client projects to fruition, ensuring campaigns are hitting their strategic targets - help partners measure their successBalancing 30-40 campaigns which are all working towards the onboarding of a full learning cohort for various educational partnersConducting marketing presentations, product demos and workshops. Handling multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships Developing friendly, positive, and supportive relationships with external stakeholders, and providing them with excellent serviceDeliver great client experiences and outcomes so clients are retainedUnderstanding the latest marketing concepts, workflows, digital events and superb attention to detail and organisation are of high importance Representing Code Institute in the UK at key events (e.g. network meetings, industry exhibitions, etc.) Skill Set For this Role:3+ years experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred Experience in B2B customer success management beneficialSolid grasp of marketing campaigns stages. There will be full support provided from a specialised digital team, however, you should have had previous experience with workflows, digital campaigns and online events. Proven influencing & sales skillsGreat communication skills, including the ability to actively listenCustomer focusPassion to educate, service and sellAbility to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritise responsibilitiesAdaptable to work in a changing environment and to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your day-to-daySuperior level of communication in both written form and in-person interactions. It would be wonderful if you have previous experience in working within the educational sector or have managed relationships with government agencies previouslyGood CRM management and workflow experience (we use HubSpot)Comfortable working in a high paced, data-driven environment
