You can be assured of a warm welcome!Overseeing a group of waiting persons in your section, the role of the Senior Restaurant Waiter includes:Maintaining an efficient communication with the management and the team.Carrying out training for new team members.Recognising VIP and regular guests.Taking and handling reservations and phone calls as per Merrion policy.Maintaining a positive attitude to guide the team through service. Hours of work can be up to 39 per week.
