Caretaker - Clayton-Le-Moors (BB5)Maxim FM are looking to recruit two enthusiastic individual's with previous cleaning experience to join our team in Clayton-Le-Moors (BB7).Maxim specialise in a wide range of cleaning services and has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team in Clayton- Le-Moors (BB5).This position is well suited to any individual that is looking to advance their career in the industry and wants to gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.Responsibilities:● Key holding● Ongoing support and training● Site responsibilities (cleaning etc)Requirements:● Previous Caretaker / Site supervisor experience.● Must be comfortable working alone or as a team.● Fit to undertake cleaning duties.● Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.● An existing Enhance DBS would be preferred however, is not essential.Working times are as follows:● Monday to Friday● 7am - 10am● 52 weeks per yearThis position offers has an hourly rate of £13.10.We do endeavour to get back to all applicants but this is not always possible due to the volume of applications that we receive.
