The successful candidate will work closely with the NeoDyne team and play a critical role in delivering automation expertise across the site.The Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer will support and enhance site-wide Building Automation and utility control systems within a regulated life-sciences manufacturing environment. The role is site-based and highly collaborative, working closely with facilities, HVAC, utilities, electrical, project teams, and external BAS vendors to support sustaining operations and upgrade projects.Key Responsibilities Support and maintain the site Building Automation System (Siemens Desigo CC) and associated utility automation systems Act as a client-side technical interface with BAS vendors, system integrators, and project engineers Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for live operational systems Support BAS upgrade and improvement projects from design through commissioning Develop and execute test procedures, FAT/SAT activities, and automation change controls Supervise and coordinate vendor and contractor activities on-site Ensure systems operate in accordance with design specifications and regulatory expectations Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, reports, and work instructions Support training and knowledge transfer to site operations and maintenance teams Ensure safe working practices and compliance with site EHS standards.
